Contact forms

The following forms are exclusively for UAS manufacturers of classes C1 to C3 who have provided proof of being a drone manufacturer or who wish to provide proof:

• With the contact form 'Legitimate' you can submit your data and documents for verification.
• In the contact form 'Manage Account' the use of the identification number is mandatory. The following options are available:
  • Apply for account (After successful verification by DFS, drone manufacturers or their authorised representatives can apply for an account for the download area).
  • Forgotten password (triggers a new password for the existing account)
  • Change account holder (deletion of the old account and creation of a new account)
  • Delete account
  • Question about the account
• You can use the contact form 'Report technical problem' to report general technical problems.

The creation of an account and the resetting/renewal of your password may take a few working days. If you are not a drone manufacturer, we reserve the right not to reply to your request.
