The use of these forms only makes sense if your legitimation was successful and we have sent you an identification number as part of the legitimation process. The use of the valid and correct identification number in these contact forms is mandatory. If you enter an incorrect number, your request will not be processed.
With this form you can apply for an account to download data, change the person responsible for the account, change the password as well as apply for the deletion of the account. To do this, select the appropriate action under Subject.
We only accept personal accounts. Therefore, the account should be requested by the person downloading the data.
