Quiet, affordable and environmentally friendly: Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) promises society enormous benefits through the use of unmanned aircraft systems and electrically powered, vertical take-off and landing aircraft. It brings the third dimension into people's everyday lives, enabling faster transport with direct connections over longer distances. As the infrastructure requirements are comparatively low, high availability in cities and rural areas can be achieved at the same time.
With our AAM strategy, we are laying the foundations for more climate-friendly air mobility. We are making a proposal on how we can tackle the key issues surrounding pilot training, infrastructure on the ground and the implementation of the necessary digital services.
